Calm, Relax and destress oil 25ml
I use this nightly in my 7- and 5-year-olds bath it relaxes them from a busy day at school and it helps to keep my 5-year-olds night terrors away coconut base with lavender, Chamomile, Peppermint and Rosemary these are all good for relaxation and sleep. add 2 drops to temples and back of the wrists or add a few drops to a bath or can be used as an oil incense.
